Waterman v. State of Delaware, 562, 2007

Conviction for rape and related crimes is affirmed over objections that: 1) four pages from the victim's journal should not have been admitted in the absence of the rest of the journal; and 2) the videotaped statement of a child victim should not have been made available to the jury during deliberations.
