Supreme Court of Delaware

LeGrande v. State of Delaware, 202, 2007

Conviction for various drug and weapons charges and life sentence is reversed and remanded where an affidavit in support of a search warrant did not provide the issuing magistrate a substantial basis for concluding there was probable cause that evidence or contraband would be found inside defendant's apartment.
