Conviction for attempted murder, assault, and various possession of deadly weapon offenses is affirmed over claims that the trial court erred in: 1) refusing to sever the "possession of deadly weapon by a person prohibited" charge for trial; 2) refusing to give limiting instructions relating to certain photographs admitted into evidence; 3) refusing to give a limiting instruction regarding defendant's prior convictions; and 4) denying defendant's motion for a judgment of acquittal.
