Wright v. State of Delaware, 173, 2007

Conviction for delivery of cocaine offenses is affirmed over claims that 1) the trial judge erred by denying his motion to dismiss pursuant to the common law corpus delicti rule; and 2) the state failed to introduce sufficient evidence for the jury to find that the substance defendant delivered was, in fact, cocaine.
