Wright v. State of Delaware, 84, 2007

Conviction for second-degree murder, first-degree reckless endangering, and possession of firearm during the commission of a felony is affirmed over claims that: 1) accident "defense" was available as a matter of law; and 2) the trial court erred in not instructing the jury on the defense of accident.
