Wonnum v. State of Delaware, 592, 2006
Conviction for murder, possession of firearm during commission of a felony, assault, robbery, conspiracy, and possession of deadly weapon by a person prohibited is reversed and remanded where the trial judge erred by: 1) refusing to give a duress instruction to the jury; 2) refusing to give a duress instruction to the jury; 3) recounting her own recollection of defendant's age to the jury, but this particular error was harmless.
