In a dispute over the satisfaction of a judgment obtained against defendants, an order granting defendants' "Motion to Remove Judgment" is reversed and remanded where: 1) the superior court erred as a matter of law in holding that plaintiff's judgment had expired by reason of 10 Del. C. section 4711; 2) the superior court erred in ordering the termination of plaintiff's wage attachment; 3) certain factual findings were not supported by the record; and 4) an issue regarding a claim for the return of certain wage attachment proceeds required further fact finding.
