Sullins v. State, 466-2006

Convictions and sentences for various drug charges are affirmed over defendant's claim that the superior court reversibly erred in: 1) denying his motion to dismiss the indictment on Double Jeopardy grounds after the superior court declared a mistrial; and 2) permitting the State to introduce testimony that defendant was under probation supervision at the time of his arrest.
