Supreme Court of Delaware
In the Matter of: Abbott, 676, 2006
In an attorney discipline matter involving charges of professional misconduct against an attorney, the court finds: 1) comments in briefs filed by respondent were not only foul but were so far beyond the boundaries of propriety that they were unethical; and 2) the appropriate sanction for respondent in the matter was a public reprimand.
