Miller v. State of Delaware, 138, 2006

A conviction for drug-related offenses is affirmed over a claim of erroneous denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence where: 1) defendant's initial detention for loitering was legal; 2) a question about his probationary status was permissible; 3) transporting him to his last known address was reasonable; and 4) an administrative search of his new residence was proper.
