Cole v. State of Delaware, 425, 2004

A conviction and sentence for murder is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) a denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence derived from a statement he made, pursuant to an agreement with the state, implicating one of his accomplices to a crime; and 2) admission of an 11 Del. C. section 3507 statement and a window screen into evidence.
