Franco v. State of Delaware, 288, 2006

A restitution order stemming from defendant's theft and conspiracy conviction is affirmed over claims that, by precluding her defense counsel from impeaching one of the state's witnesses on cross examination, the trial court violated her confrontation rights under the Sixth Amendment and under the Due Process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
