In an attorney disciplinary matter involving charges of professional misconduct based on allegations of indecent exposure, sexual assault, and unlawful imprisonment by a former client which occurred 22 years ago, the court affirms findings of facts and conclusions of law that the allegations were established by clear and convincing evidence, and approves a recommendation that the attorney be disbarred.
