AT&T Corp. v. Faraday Capital Ltd., 236, 2006

In a suit brought by an insured, AT&T, seeking coverage under multiple D&O primary and excess policies for defense costs and other expenses arising out of two stockholder suits, partial summary judgment for insurers is reversed in part and remanded where the trial court misconstrued the term "Claim," and each pleaded cause of action in the stockholder suits may constitute a separate claim within the meaning of the policies at issue.
