Hicks v. State of Delaware, 360, 2005

A conviction for drug-related offenses is affirmed over claims that the superior court reversibly erred by: 1) denying defendant's motion for a new trial claiming newly discovered evidence; 2) excluding evidence of a prior crime committed by the state-s trial witness; and 3) denying defendant's request to impeach the state's expert.
