Defendant's convictions for murder and related offenses are affirmed over meritless claims of error regarding: 1) jury instructions; 2) denial of a motion to suppress evidence; 3) admission of evidence; 4) denial of a motion for a mistrial due to the state's failure to properly redact certain questions in a videotaped statement; 5) allowing the jury to view the crime scene in daylight when the crime took place under different lighting conditions; 6) the propriety of a felony murder conviction; and 7) permitting certain testimony of an officer.
