A decision affirming the Industrial Accident Board's denial of a petition to determine additional compensation due is affirmed over a claim that the Board erroneously discredited the testimony of claimant's expert witness on the ground that the expert had relied on independent testing facility results to determine claimant's permanent impairment rating.
