Supreme Court of Delaware

White v. State of Delaware, 582, 2005

Defendant's convictions trafficking and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine are vacated where the trial judge erred by denying a motion for judgment of acquittal on those charges since, based on the evidence presented, no rational jury could find beyond a reasonable doubt: 1) that defendant exercised dominion and control over the cocaine found in a walk-in closet; or 2) that she agreed to aid or abet her son in his drug operation.
