A conviction and sentence for a drug related offense is remanded for another in camera hearing where the trial judge did not conduct an adequate in camera hearing to determine whether a confidential informer, who arranged and witnessed the drug transaction that led to defendant's arrest, had information that could materially aid defendant's defense of mistaken identity.
