Supreme Court of Delaware
Reinco, Inc. v. Thompson, 197, 2005
Grant of a new trial, following a jury verdict in favor of the manufacturer of a hydroseeder, in a product liability case is vacated where the record supported a jury's finding that defendant-manufacturer was not negligent in the first instance and did not support a finding that the jury's verdict was "clearly" the result of confusion.
