Convictions and life sentence for felony murder and related offenses are affirmed over claims that: 1) homicide was not "in furtherance of" the underlying felony of Attempted Robbery; 2) trial judge issued erroneous jury instructions; and 3) trial judge erroneously admitted an out-of-court interrogation into evidence.
