Estate of Watts v. Blue Hen Insulation, 430, 2005
Relevant statutes, read in light of the purpose of worker's compensation laws, authorize the award of permanent injury benefits to a claimant's estate, and a spouse is entitled to 400 weeks of death benefits, even if the spouse does not survive that long.
