Coleman v. PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC, 386, 2005, 473, 2005

Summary judgment for defendant on claims alleging that it made negligent misrepresentations in its audit report on the annual financial statements of a company and that plaintiffs relied on the report to their detriment is affirmed over a claim that the record on which the superior court based its decision was the product of three erroneous discovery rulings.
