Sisson v. State of Delaware, 319, 2005

Defendant's convictions for sexual exploitation of a child are affirmed over claims of erroneous denial of his motions to suppress and dismiss where an affidavit established probable cause to search his computer, defendant was properly charged with ten counts of sexual exploitation, and the evidence supported his conviction on six of the counts.
