In a dispute arising from improvements constructed on a portion of defendant's own property that was subject to an easement in favor of plaintiff, an order requiring defendant to remove the improvements when plaintiff could demonstrate an imminent and viable use for the easement is affirmed over plaintiff's claim that defendant should have been ordered to remove the obstructions altogether.
