Defendant's convictions and sentence for first and second degree murder and related counts arising out of a robbery are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) jury instructions; 2) prosecutorial misconduct; 3) denial of a mistrial motion, 4) a prohibition on defense counsel from using the word "lie" at certain stages; 5) exclusion of evidence; 6) confrontation clause issues; and 7) admission of evidence.
