Lawson v. Meconi, 252, 2005
An order denying preliminary and permanent injunctions to preclude defendants-government officials from publicly disclosing certain information concerning the death of plaintiff's husband to the public is reversed where, under the circumstances, the Medical Examiner Statute and the Health Record Privacy Statute protected the decedent's wife by prohibiting public disclosure of the information at issue.
