Supreme Court of Delaware

Bultron v. State of Delaware, 62, 2005

Convictions for second-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft are affirmed where there was no abuse of discretion in allowing defense counsel to withdraw or requiring defendant to proceed pro se since the record supported a legal conclusion that defendant forfeited his right to counsel by his extremely serious misconduct intended to prevent his trial from going forward.
