Defendant's conviction and sentence for first degree intentional murder and first degree conspiracy to commit murder are affirmed over his claims of error regarding exclusion of a hearsay statement of the decedent, jury instruction, and certain disparaging comments made to defense counsel by the trial court in the presence of the jury.
