Summary judgment for defendant in an action for reimbursement under one of the Delaware Insurance Guaranty Association Act's net-worth provisions for claims paid on behalf of an insolvent insurer is reversed since defendant became an "insured" for purposes of the Act by operation of law after its merger with a hospital whose insurer was paying certain workers' compensation benefits.
