Hendricks v. State of Delaware, 505, 2004

Defendant's drug convictions are affirmed over his claims that 1)evidence admitted at trial was not properly authenticated, 2)he was improperly denied a mistrial, and 3)he was entitled to a "missing evidence" instruction because the police destroyed evidence before his trial.
