SAMPSON v. DIVISION FAMILY SERV., 337, 2004

The termination of plaintiff's parental rights in her biological child is affirmed over her claim that the statute under which her parental rights were terminated, Del. C. section 1103(a)(6), is unconstitutional since it deprived her of her constitutional right to due process.
