Defendant's murder conviction is affirmed over his challenges that 1) the trial judge erroneously admitted an involuntary statement by a witness, 2) the prosecutor made unfairly prejudicial remarks during the opening statement and recklessly elicited testimony from a witness, and 3) a witness unresponsively disclosed defendant's prior weapons charge.
