Supreme Court of Delaware
WASHINGTON v. STATE OF DELAWARE, 435,2003
A defendant has no constitutional right or other legal entitlement to a plea bargain. Once the defendant rejected the plea offer, the State had no obligation to offer him another chance to plead, particularly after trial when the benefits to the State of a plea agreement were lost.
