Superior court erred in refusing to admit plaintiffs' medical expenses. The evidentiary restriction of Delaware Code Ann. tit. 21, section 2118(h) does not apply in actions against tortfeasors by plaintiffs who are not eligible for benefits under a statutorily required no-fault auto policy.
