THE DOVER HISTORICAL SOC'Y v. CITY OF DOVER PLANNING COMM'N, 440, 2003
In this zoning law case, plaintiffs have asserted an injury in fact and have demonstrated that their interest is within the zone of interests intended to be protected by the city and that their injury is fairly traceable to the defendant's conduct and can be redressed with the relief requested; accordingly, judgment of superior court is reversed.
