CHRISTOPHER v. STATE OF DELAWARE, 348-2002

Evidence showed that defendant's statement was voluntary where the police officer repeatedly advised defendant that he could stop talking if he wanted to. Prejudicial effect of a prosecutor's improper comments during closing argument was adequately cured by the trial court's jury instruction.
