WILLIAMS v. STATE OF DELAWARE, 470/475-2001
Where a burglary is alleged to be the felony on which a felony murder charge is predicated, that burglary must not only be in the course of the felony but must also be in furtherance of the felony, and a death sentence is reversed where a murder was the object of the burglary.
