WORD v. STATE OF DELAWARE, 195,2001

To support a conviction for first degree robbery under 11 Delaware Code section 832(a), the victim not only must have the subjective belief that the defendant possesses a deadly weapon, but this belief must also be accompanied by an objective physical manifestation that the robber appears to be displaying a deadly weapon.
