STATE OF DELAWARE v. HARMON, 606/628, 2001
The introduction into evidence, of a knife owned by defendant which was not the knife used in a stabbing, was not prejudicial where use of a deadly weapon was admitted, and the knife was relevant to a possession charge; dismissal of weapons convictions was improper, based on erroneous interpretation of 11 Delaware Code section 222(5).
