After trustees of a large inter vivos trust breached their fiduciary duty by ignoring the interests of the beneficiary and failing to provide information, an order of a make-up distribution and a surcharge against trustees' commission were proper; trust instrument controlled procedure for replacement of trustees, based on settlor's intention.
