WOODWARD v. FARM FAMILY CAS. INS. CO., 439, 2001

Insureds' complaint under homeowner policy was time-barred where language regarding one-year limitations period contained in the contract was unambiguous; insurer had no legal duty to inform insureds of limitations periods where insureds did not present a claim pursuant to the casualty insurance clause in their insurance contract.
