Superior Court of Delaware

State of Delaware v. Hickman, 0301005176

Defendant's motion for postconviction relief on convictions for delivery of cocaine, and delivery of cocaine within 1000 feet of a school is denied over: 1) a procedurally barred claim attacking the identification and a photo line-up that was involved in the evidence in his case; 2) a Brady claim which was an attempt to attack another conviction, and regardless, was procedurally barred; 3) an attack on another conviction which failed for the same reasons as the second claim; and 4) a double jeopardy claim.
