Allied Container v. Legg, 04A-12-010
A decision of the Industrial Accident Board denying an employer's petition to terminate total disability benefits being paid to an employee is affirmed where there was substantial evidence to support the Board's factual findings, it did not err in finding that a doctor testifying on the employer's behalf was not credible, and there was no abuse of discretion in finding the employee to be credible.
