Bermudez v. PTFE Compounds, 05A-11-011
In a worker's compensation case, a decision of the Industrial Accident Board denying an employee's petition to determine compensation due is affirmed where a decision that the employee failed to meet his burden to establish that his injury occurred at a fixed time and place, and that it was attributable to a clearly traceable incident of his employment with appellee, was supported by substantial evidence and free of legal error.
