A trial court is not required to advise a self-represented defendant of the privilege against self-incrimination. A conviction for misuse of computer information is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) defendant's right to a speedy trial; 2) a limitation on the number of defense witnesses; 3) a denial of a motion for judicial notice; 4) denial of his right to counsel; 5) the state's alleged failure to prove that the criminal acts charged were committed in Delaware; 6) whether defendant's actions were criminal; 7) prosecutorial and judicial misconduct; and 8) a failure to advise defendant of his privilege against self-incrimination.
