Upon review of an order of remand from the Delaware Supreme Court, which held that an employer was entitled to reimbursement from settlement funds of all monies paid to an employee in excess of the $15,000 personal injury protection coverage for the vehicle involved when he was injured, the court determines the amount due to the employer as well as the interest.
