Defendant's motion to dismiss, in an action seeking an order placing a lien on a building, premises improvements, and land upon which the building is situated, is denied where plaintiff-contractor provided a list requested under Del. Code Ann. tit. 25, section 2705 within the requisite time, and thus, could now avail itself of the mechanic's lien statute.
