In a slip and fall suit, defendant-retailer's motion in limine to exclude the testimony of plaintiff's expert on the issue of negligence in snow removal from defendant's parking lot is granted as the expert's opinions were not based on sufficient experience and training so as to render him a lay expert on proper snow plowing methods, and his testimony did not meet the requisite standard.
