A decision of the Industrial Accident Board is affirmed over an employer's challenge where: 1) the Board did not err in relying on Gilliard-Belfast v. Wendy's, Inc., 754 A.2d 251 (Del. 2000), in finding claimant was entitled to rely on her physician's advice to remain out of work, and 2) substantial evidence supported a finding that claimant was entitled to additional compensation due to a recurrence of temporary total disability.
